Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.

Exchange: We allow the exchange of items within 14 days provided the customer will handle all shipping costs for size exchange. For damaged items or wrong items received, we will handle all shipping costs.

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@nifteesclothing.com.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Exchange or Refund: Email us at hello@nifteesclothing.com or DM us on Instagram. Request an exchange or refund to store credit. Await approval within 2-3 days.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY:

  • Make sure that the return item(s) are in the SAME Niftees pouch.
  • Tags should be intact and not removed.
  • All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
  • Items should NOT smell like perfume, be worn, or washed.
